Automatic self cleaing Back wash filter with such nozzel
AUTOMATIC BACKWASH FILTER
The work principle of Back wash filter with such nozzel
Dirty water enter the water inlet, where it enters the center of the fine filtration screen/net, the water then passes through the fine filtration screen from the inside out and exits the outlet.
The unwated solid accumulates on the inner surface of the fine screen/net, creating a pressure differential, Once the pressure drop reaches a preset level, a rinse cycle is activated by the control system by opening the rinse valve to an atmospheric drain.
As a result, pressure drop in the hydraulic motor chamber and the dirt collector assembly, the pressure drop creat a backfush stream, whick suchs the dirt off screen/net, similar to a vacuum cleaner. The backwash water is carried through the collector and ejected out of the holes in the hydraulic motor.
The water being ejected out of the hydraulic motor cause th collector to rotate, similar to sprinker, in addition, the pressure drop in the hydraulic motor chamber, cause the collector assembly to move axially. This combination of movement ensure that the entire screen is clean each cycle.
